Fume Extraction
The air above most of the process baths such as degreasing, pickling, plating, phosphating etc. are generally contaminated with the fumes emanating from the process and this needs to be continuously evacuated, neutralised and left to atmosphere at safe height. This process is achieved through the fume extraction system comprising of following.
1. Exhaust blower
2. Scrubber with spray system
3. Ducting and chimney.
4. Neutraliser dosing through controller for auto function.
The size, type and construction material varies with the process.
